"Did I say re-born? I mean you have known me for way too long, didn't you notice any change in my attitude?" I stuttered.

"Yh. I did ofcourse. I always wanted to ask you if you had a terminal illness"

"Illness my foot" I sighed " I just became re-born that is today , I turned a new leaf and decided to live right. "

My phone buzzed again and I sighed knowing who it was. I didn't bother to check the text message I received.

I got home feeling so worked up. I barely did any work but energy has being drained because of my thinking. Ethan wasn't back too. And it was past 7pm.

I don't get. Why exactly did I ignore his calls even all his messages? I picked my phone to check the message he sent to me.

However, the message was from an unsaved number which I was sure I have never seen before.

My mind was racing with a million possibilities of what the message could contain. With a deep breath, I opened the text, my eyes scanning the words with a mix of confusion and disbelief.
