"Young lady! Have you forgotten your manners? Don't you have to greet the guests!?" Mom voice boomed from the living area when I was about to go upstairs giving a slight smile to the stranger aka my mom's guest.

"Hello! Everyone. Hope you're doing fine?! " I said once I reach near the sitting area with a warm smile.

There were three people sitting on the sofa, two woman and one man in their perfect attire.

"This is my daughter, Yerin Sench. She is the one." Mom introduced me to the guest showing her best smile and gestures me to take the seat beside her.

"She is indeed beautiful." I hear one of the ladies around moms age said looking intensely at me.

"Thank you and you too look gorgeous in the beaded choker." I too complement her and she blush saying it's not that attractive.

"Really! Thank you. Have you lost your mind? Yo..." Luke said from the other side as the call wasn't ended.

"Shut up. You.." I find mom glaring at me and when I look at dad, he gave me a small smile, meaning you need to face it yourself.

"Excuse me. I will come back in a minute." I apologized and get out from the sitting area.

Mom was gesturing me to end the call but I have to talk to Luke at the moment. So, I walk towards the balcony as the view of the lake at the side is exceptional and it will ease my anger.

"Luke! Are you sure about what you just say?" I asked once again to be sure.

"Yeah, my love. It's all around the workplace and it's the hottest topic here." He said sounding excited.

"Darn, that dickhead. How can he say that he ditched me? While he was the one who wants to get in my pants and when I denied, he wanted to force me and now he is saying I'm a bitch. That freaking asshole!" I grumbled losing my mind and hold the railing tightly till I couldn't feel my hand.

"I will make him taste the shit and chop his dick and feed...." Someone snaps at me.

"Language woman." A male voice said pulling the earphones out of my ear.

"How dare you?!" I roar like a mad lioness and shoot daggers at the intruder to find him looking intensely at me.

"Leave my earphones." I tried to pull it from his hands but he didn't give away.

"Love! What are you saying? Where are you? Are you...." Luke was asking me but I couldn't reply cause the man before me was just standing still.

"I said LEAVE IT." I literally screamed at the top of my lungs and instead of leaving it, he snatches my mobile and ended the call.

"You bast..." I was cut off by Serena, one of our maids’ daughter.

"Miss.Sench! Mam is calling you." She made me sound older.

"Serena! Call me Yerin and told mom that it will take a minute." I said glaring at the man who was smirking as if he had won a world war.

"I'm sorry miss..um Yerin but mam has tell me to call you this instant." She said in a small voice.

"God! Mom!" I groan muttering curses and take a deep breath.

"Okay! Serena just make sure to take my mobile from the stranger before he leaves." I said and scurried away but not before glaring at the mobile kidnapper who was busying giving me a smug look.

"Oh! Honey. She is just perfect for our family." I hear the lady from before say to the man sitting beside her as a wife says to her husband with a dreamy look.

"I'm sorry it's..." I said with an apologetic smile.

"No, honey. It's okay. I think you are perfect one. He will..." She stops mid-sentence when she saw the mobile kidnapper coming towards the living area.

"Here is my son. He is such a workaholic that he needs to attend the call every time and has little time for his family." The lady who claim to be his mom said with a sad smile.

"Mom! You know it's not easy to..." The lady again cut him off with a disappointing smile.

"I know son. But we're not here to discuss about your work. We're here to talk about the marriage." The lady said with a bright smile and clap her hands like a happy child showing her perfect white teeth.

The man makes faces as if he wasn't pleased with his mom and sits more comfortably beside his dad. He was wearing an armani suit which matches his eye color, the deep ocean blue and if he hadn't snatched my mobile then I wouldn't mind saying he is smoking hot.

He gave a small smile to the man beside him who resembled him a lot and shake his head when he looks away as if in irritation.

I was shamelessly checking him out and after a second when he finds my gaze on him, he too checks me out.

His eyes were focused on my lips as I was chewing on then and when I glare at him, he smirks at me.

Pervert. I mouthed and find his mom looking lovingly at me saying something.

"....what do you think of marriage?" I just hear that part as I was busy glaring at her pervert son.

"Huh..whose marriage?" I sounded amused.

"Whose?! Yours beautiful." A lady who seems to be around my age said with an alluring smile.

"Mine? Are you kidding me?" I said out loud looking bewildered.

"Yerin baby. There are here to ask your hand for marriage. He is..." Mom was saying but I stop her.

"Mom! I told you that I don't want to marry yet and you..." I said getting up from my seat which was so unlike me.

"Why don't you want to marry?" The old man asked looking offended.

"I don't think I'm ready and moreover there are things I need to do." I said sounding out of my character.

"Yerin! You haven't..." Mom tried to calm me but I ignore her.

"I'm sorry to say but I'm not interested in marrying your son. It's a no for me and excuse me." I said with a firm voice and walk towards the man who was holding my mobile on his left hand. I snatch my mobile and walk out from there.

"Wait. You can't just reject me in front of my family." A husky voice said making me to smirk.

"Why? It's hurt your ego. Poor boy.!" I said turning around and gave him a teasing look.

"You won't deny when you know me." He smirks as if I would go running back to him.

"I don't give a damn to you." I said in a bitchy tone and continue walking.

" Blakeham school, grade 10..." I hear him say and he paused before continuing.

"Arthur Knight." His voice made me to froze on my spot and I felt my heart beating in a random motion.
