"Alec! Alec!!! Hey!"
Evander was running towards Alec, who was standing at the front of the gate, just where he and Jake had left him.
"Alec! I know you are angry, but come in. Someone is coming for us."
He could only see him, and was running to him, his mind too clouded to make sense of the chaos around him. He was just in time to see three bullets penetrate Alec. Alec fell to his knees, not quite dead, and he saw his head severe from his body. Evander almost passed out.
He saw more people running towards him, and away from where he stood, he saw about five men pouring what seemed to be petroleum on the houses, setting them on fire. It all happened so fast, it seemed to him like he was in a 3D film.
"Evander, get out of here. Even if we all die, we still need you."
