Chapter 9.

The clock ticked by quickly and Cassy told me she had to head home to her family. We said goodbye after I declined her walking me to the pack house.

I’d find my way and if I didn’t, it wouldn't be the end of the world.

I could totally sleep outside, it was warm and nice and all I'd need was a little rock to rest my head on. Another bonus of sleeping outside was that there would be no Aiden.

There wasn't a lot of movement in the pack house but I did hear some chatter here and there.

I walked upstairs hoping I could get there before anyone saw me.

I opened the door and went to my suitcase, I had sweated through the dress and needed something baggier that would breathe more.

”Where the fuck have you been?” The door slammed into the wall and was then shut close. I jumped up on my feet and spun around. Aidens eyes were as dark as the night sky and his shoulders were rigid.
