Salara’s POVAn angry growl fills the silence around us. My eyes snap in Henry’s direction just in time to see the woman he was kissing moments ago launch herself at his back, wrapping her legs around his slim waist. Her hands move up to pull his head to the side, much in the same way a vampire would do in the movies. A horrified scream leaves me as I watch the woman bite down into Henry’s collar, the sound of his bones crunching beneath her bite reverberating within my mind.
