Pushing the door open, the bell rang above our heads, and Bella gasped. I didn’t bother hiding the smug smile across my face. It looks like you might get mugged outside, okay, not might. You’ll definitely get mugged outside if you hang around too long, but the inside?

Neon lights flashed and old rock music played. The ice cream display and counter was the first thing you saw on your left when you first entered. A gothic chick wore an origami hat on top of her head. She blew a bubble and it popped as she watched us with a look that screamed she wanted to go home. Below the glass counter there were flavors you wouldn’t find in a normal ice cream shop and on top were spiked drinks. You just had to pick your poison.
